The University of Westminster offers the International Postgraduate Excellence Award to support high-achieving international students pursuing a full-time Master's degree starting in January 2027.

Coverage

The scholarship provides a £3,000 tuition fee reduction for one year of study. This amount cannot be used toward the required £5,500 deposit for a CAS (student visa).

Eligibility

Applicants must be classified as overseas fee-paying students. Ethiopian students are eligible to apply provided they meet the academic and admission requirements.

Requirements

Applicants must hold an offer for a full-time Master's course starting in January 2027 and possess a minimum UK equivalent Good 2.1 Honours degree. Selection is based primarily on academic excellence. Students applying for doctoral programs, online/distance learning, professional courses (e.g., RIBA Part III), or part-time courses are not eligible. Applicants receiving an alumni or academic partnership discount are also ineligible.
