Overview

This is an International Internship Scholarship (Inbound) program offered by Prince of Songkla University (PSU) in Thailand for the academic year 2026-2027. The program aims to provide experiential learning opportunities and strengthen international academic collaboration networks. It is open to undergraduate and graduate students from around the world who wish to undertake internships at PSU. Internships will last at least six weeks, taking place between May and December 2026.

Coverage

A maximum of 20 partial scholarships will be awarded. Each scholarship provides a stipend of 20,000 Baht per student. This is considered partial financial support, and recipients are expected to manage their own budgets to cover all other expenses incurred during the internship period.

Eligibility

Applicants must be international students currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an overseas university. A cumulative GPA of at least 3.25 out of 4.0 in their most recent semester is required. Candidates must demonstrate good English communication skills. Non-native English speakers are required to submit valid English proficiency test scores, issued within the last two years. Applicants must also be in good physical and mental health, without any conditions that might affect their internship performance.

Requirements

Required documents include a passport, valid English proficiency test scores, a confirmation letter from your home university, an internship topic, and a confirmation letter from the relevant faculty/department at Prince of Songkla University.

How to apply

First, you need to review the available internship positions on the PSU International internship portal, which can be accessed via a QR code provided on the official website. The application process varies depending on the specific faculty or mentor. Some mentors may ask you to contact them directly via email, while others will provide a specific application form link. You should select the position you wish to apply for and follow the instructions provided by the respective mentor.

Notes

The internship period is from May to December 2026, with a minimum duration of six weeks. Interns are required to submit a Student Internship Report to the Education and Innovative Learning Academy within one week of completing their internship.
