Overview

The Visiting Student Research Program (VSRP) at KAUST offers international students the opportunity to conduct research in Saudi Arabia for a duration of 2 to 6 months. The program is designed for students in STEM fields to gain hands-on experience in world-class laboratories under the mentorship of renowned faculty.

Coverage

This is a fully funded internship. Benefits include a monthly stipend of $1000, round-trip airfare, visa cost coverage, health insurance, and on-campus housing with a private bathroom.

Eligibility

Open to international students from all countries. Applicants must be currently enrolled in their 3rd or 4th year of a bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a master's degree program.

Requirements

Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.5/4.0 (some projects may require higher), proficiency in English, and the ability to provide required documents including a CV, official transcripts, a letter of recommendation, a personal statement, and a valid passport.
